What is the best way to sell my home-made soy candles?

soy
nerdsrcool2 asked:

My favorite stress relief is making home-made soy candles. Currently I have more than I can gift away or even burn for myself. I was wondering if anybody has any good ways of selling them.

You could do it on ebay. You could also go to craft fairs or local festivals. Some require everything to be handmade and ask for a small fee to participate.

My friend who uses it says there is no listing feemaking it cheaper than ebay therefore putting more in your pocket.

Try hooking up with people who are having yard sales etc. Also, craft fairs, carnivals, even maybe outside a grocery store, like girl scouts do. BTW, I would love to learn how to make those as one of my favorite things are candles.

Another place you may want to try is etsy.com. It’s an online community of craftspersons selling their hand-made wares. It may not get as much traffic as eBay, but the clientele are more willing to pay fairly for your hard work.
