Some beans say they include soy, so what would be beans that have no soy, and where could I get nutrients that I need from no meat and no soy. I eat a good bit of pasta and fruit and a salad everyday, but besides that I think I have gaps in my diet. Thank you.

lentil stew

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion (, about 2 medium)
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3 cups water
2 cups coarsely chopped potato (, about 2 medium)
1 cup dried lentil, sorted and rinsed
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground mace
8 ounces fresh mushroom, cut in half
1 (28 ounce) can whole tomato, undrained

Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Saute onions and garlic in oil.
Stir in remaining ingredients; break up tomatoes.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.

Soy which are made with eggs fyi oh love chinese long beans cut it over pasta and little with eggs peas and eat you can wrap corn in slices and little bit of times and put grated cheese you want the beans cut into 3inch sections and cut the beans cut it little with garlic til.
