I am use to drinking Silk Vanilla Soy Milk, Silk Chocolate Soy Milk, or occassionally an off brand of either flavor. Because I do not get the off brand that often (I am spoiled on Silk), I accidentally picked up Original. I cannot stand the taste of Silk’s Original, and the off brand is even worse. But I do not want the carton to go bad.

Is there anything I could add to it to make it taste better? Thanks.
I drink it more than I use it on cereal, since I rarely eat cereal. But I will have to try some hot on my oatmeal tomorrow morning.
Thank you. I was thinking about adding vanilla extract, but I was not sure if it would taste good. Did not think to add Splenda as well. I will give that a try.
Would I be able to use soy milk in instant mashed potatoes?

I love soy milk. I just have a hard time using the whole carton within the seven day expiration.
