I need recipes with soy milk?

Does anybody has recipes with soy milk for breakfast, lunch, and diner? And i’m wondering, is it nice to replace cow milk in macaroni cheese with soy milk? I think it’s a bit nasty, what do you think?

soy milk does go a bit nasty, why are you replacing normal milk? is it an allergy thing (if so then no cheese either on macaroni bleagh)

I am lactose intolerant so i tend to either cut out dairy or relace it with substitutes such as soya, rice or sheeps milk, goats mils also is low in lactose and works a dream in milky recipes.

recipes I enjoy that involve soya?goats milks are fish pie where you get undyed smoked fish (from a sustainable source) cook it in the oven in some paper or foil with a little oil or soya spread. mash some potatoes and boil a couple of free range eggs. then basically smhush it all up in a dish with some peas and herbs of your choice (i recommend dill and mustard, or maybe parsley) and bake until brown, it dont look pretty but it is (i forget to say where the soya milk comes in, basically you add it to the smush to add moisture.

also soy milk panckaes work fine, as do scones and most baked goods. its no good with sauces uless you make them the wrong way around ie instead of adding cold to hot add hot to cold, if you can work this out tell me as i would like to try lasagne
