How can I get the smell of vinegar+soy sauce out of the microwave?

soy
C asked:

A roommate microwaved some food along with a mixture of what appears to be soy sauce and vinegar. Unfortunately, the microwave now stinks and I’ve tried wiping down the microwave with lemon-scented Lysol wipes, microwaving soapy water, as well as airing it out. Is there a faster way than letting the scent fade? Thanks!

Take some slices of fresh lemons, put them into a bowl and microwave it until it boils. Wait till it cools and pull it out. Should smell lemon fresh ;)

My wife did this and it worked.
