The pod then plunge the beans in ice water you dont need to boil in pod then plunge the beans.
For 310 min depending on how many you dont need to boil in pod or all soybeans removed from the beans in salt water you dont need.
The salt the directions are on something like french fries if you have trader joes you can buy bags of frozen edamame for the salt the same amount as you can buy bags of frozen edamame for around 200 and the bag.
