Does your soy milk contain carrageenan? Does carageenan promote bone cancer, etc, or is this untrue?

soy
. asked:

I recently became Vegan.. I just finished my first carton of soy milk the other day and realized it had this ingredient! I also bought brown rice milk just yesterday and it also has this ingredient. I am planning to buy soy milk/brown rice milk that does not contain this ingredient next time. Am I doing the right thing?
