Does soy milk make you have no appetite?

I have to drink soy milk instead of regular milk because I am lactose intolerant. I only drink soy milk when I get a starbucks drink, caribou, whatever it may be. I noticed that when I drink these things, I have NO appetite for days. Is that normal?
