In what tasty meals/recipes can i use soy milk?

What is in the soy sauce in dim sum restaurants that makes it so sweet?
Christine C asked: When you buy soy sauce, it’s dark and purely salty. What is it in Dim Sum soy sauce where the color is a light brown and it tastes sweet? I tried putting sugar in store-bought soy sauce, but the color is still dark and it tastes awful.
